Responsibilities

  • Leverage ChatGPT Pro for market research, job insight extraction, candidate profile analysis, and message optimization.
  • Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, we track response rates and exchange best practices weekly to help everyone grow.
  • Manage and update our internal Talent Pool and Hiring Pipelines in Notion.
  • Conduct candidate interviews independently via Google Meet before submitting profiles to clients.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team, providing market feedback to refine outreach strategies and content.
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflows, processes, and communication.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong interview skills: You must personally interview candidates before proposing them.
  • Proactive and independent work style.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and openness to continuous feedback.
  • Adaptability to new tools and dynamic processes.
  • Creativity: Ability to suggest improvements, not just follow workflows.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, familiarity with Linkedin and ATS.
