Responsibilities
- Leverage ChatGPT Pro for market research, job insight extraction, candidate profile analysis, and message optimization.
- Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable, we track response rates and exchange best practices weekly to help everyone grow.
- Manage and update our internal Talent Pool and Hiring Pipelines in Notion.
- Conduct candidate interviews independently via Google Meet before submitting profiles to clients.
- Collaborate with our marketing team, providing market feedback to refine outreach strategies and content.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows, processes, and communication.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong interview skills: You must personally interview candidates before proposing them.
- Proactive and independent work style.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and openness to continuous feedback.
- Adaptability to new tools and dynamic processes.
- Creativity: Ability to suggest improvements, not just follow workflows.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, familiarity with Linkedin and ATS.
