We're an international talent acquisition team based in Germany, Canada and the US, dedicated to finding and engaging top talent for our global Go-To-Market (GTM) functions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams.
As a Recruiter, you'll be at the heart of our mission, handling the full recruitment cycle for our European GTM roles. From initial kickoff meetings to closing offers, you’ll own the entire hiring process and provide a great candidate experience, as well as participating in strategic talent acquisition projects. We act as true talent advisors to our business, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and celebrate each other’s successes.
What you'll be doing
Manage the full recruitment cycle for European GTM roles, from initial kick-off meetings to offer negotiation. You’ll take ownership of intake meetings, talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, and pipeline management.
Collaborate with stakeholders, department heads, and hiring managers to proactively address challenges. You’ll also build meaningful relationships with candidates to successfully engage and close them
Actively source new talent on LinkedIn and other platforms, craft compelling outreach messages, and conduct screening calls
Monitor the success of your pipeline and build dashboards to keep stakeholders informed with key data
Be part of the Talent Acquisition (TA) events team, helping to organize and execute job fairs, meetups, and in-house events. You’ll also work on global TA projects and initiatives, with the possibility of taking ownership of specific topics in the team.
What you need to be successful
A minimum of 2___3 years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience. While previous GTM experience is a plus, you can also come from a different industry.
You should have previous active sourcing experience and a proven track record of hiring sourced candidates
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build a network
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, hands-on mentality are also key
You should have a commercial and performance-oriented mindset, with an interest in or previous knowledge of data-driven recruitment
A highly motivated individual who is ready to dive deep into the world of SaaS GTM recruitment
You should have a high affinity for technology, especially AI and AI-driven recruitment
The willingness to learn, grow, and build your recruitment career is essential
Great German and English language skills (C1) are required, and you should be comfortable conducting the majority of your work in English
You must be flexible to travel or commute to our headquarters in Chemnitz every 1-2 weeks (costs covered)
