WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts by developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies. Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to drive the growth and success of AVI-SPL.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring teams and key stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Identify passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques and proactive outreach.
  • Review and screen incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified active candidates in a timely manner.
  • Implement proactive talent sourcing programs to fill key positions while maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive talent marketplace.
  • Source and engage top talent using a variety of channels, including direct sourcing, database mining, social media, networking events, and industry associations.
  • Utilize iCIMS to build robust candidate pools, track candidate progress, and maintain efficient pipelines.
  • Manage multiple searches across various regions, prioritizing roles based on business needs.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate follow-up interviews with hiring managers.
  • Extend and process offer letters in collaboration with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth transition to HR.
  • Become a subject matter expert on assigned roles, understanding their impact on business objectives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Haves:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing, candidate screening, and offer management, with a focus on candidate experience.
  • Ability to serve as a subject matter expert for assigned roles, with an in-depth understanding of job requirements and industry trends.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of interpreting recruitment data, running reports, and generating actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proficiency in using iCIMS and other recruiting tools to streamline processes and maintain robust candidate pipelines.
  • A self-motivated, organized, and results-driven professional committed to meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal) required for effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, human resources, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with exposure to technical recruiting, AV, or construction industries.
  • Proven track record in recruiting candidates across all levels, from entry-level to senior executive, preferably within technology, AV, or construction industries.
