- Recruiting and Talent Acquisition :
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Manage the interview and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with the organization’s hiring needs.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely reporting on recruitment activities and metrics.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the organization’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Develop and manage talent pipelines for critical roles within the business.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.
- Performance Management & Development :
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent assessments.
- Identify skills gaps and work with managers to create training and development programs that support both individual and organizational growth.
- Support the integration of new employees into the organization by developing onboarding processes.
- Data-Driven HR Management :
- Use HR data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR and recruitment efforts.
- Generate reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, hiring progress, engagement) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
