DocuSign is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional in Germany to oversee full lifecycle recruitment across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success and Support. This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and focuses on building pipelines, managing candidates, and driving an outstanding candidate experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversee full life cycle recruitment supporting Sales, Sales Development, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success and Support.
• Generate pipeline and maintain successful offer acceptance rate.
• Manage the entire candidate process and help hire across LATAM and EMEA.
• Support business leaders with key hiring initiatives and in-office events.
• Drive process improvements to make hiring more effective and positive.
• Own the full candidate lifecycle for roles across Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success and Support.
• Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategy for current and future needs.
• Source candidates from networks, online databases, employee referrals and passive candidates.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Liaise with HRBP, Immigration and Compensation to onboard candidates.

What you’ll do

This role is an individual contributor position reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition.

• Oversee full life cycle recruitment supporting Sales, Sales Development, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success and Support.
• Generate pipeline and maintain successful offer acceptance rate.
• Manage the entire candidate process and play a key role in hiring talent across LATAM and EMEA regions.
• Support business leaders with key hiring initiatives and in‑office events.
• Drive process improvements to make the hiring process more effective, efficient and positive for both hiring managers and candidates.
• Own the full candidate lifecycle for a variety of roles across Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success and Support.
• Partner with internal clients to develop sourcing strategy for current and future needs.
• Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Liaise closely with internal functions such as HRBP, Immigration and the Compensation team as necessary to onboard candidates effectively.

Qualifications

• Basic BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Experience influencing, educating and advising senior level stakeholders.
• Experience with sourcing and candidate outreach through social media.
• Experience with relationship building, client management and organizational skills.
• Experience having data‑informed recruitment conversations.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail while operating with a sense of urgency.
• iCIMS ATS experience.
• Collaborating with stakeholders globally.
• Market research and analysis.
• In office attendance preferred.
