Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a Recruiter at AODI. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process. Additional tasks include coordinating and participating in recruitment events, maintaining candidate databases, and fostering relationships with potential candidates. This role also involves collaborating with team members to meet the organization's staffing needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
