About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter (m/w/d) to join our HR team in a full-time capacity. Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on Human Resources or related fields. Prior experience in recruiting or active sourcing is essential, with familiarity using applicant management systems such as softgarden being advantageous. Strong digital literacy, especially with social media platforms like LinkedIn and Xing, is required, along with a keen interest in innovative recruiting techniques. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. A structured and autonomous work style, combined with good organizational abilities, will ensure success in this role. Proficiency in English is also required, facilitating communication in our international environment.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.

• Utilize active sourcing techniques via platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing, and other relevant channels.
• Review incoming applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
• Organize and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and enhance our employer branding initiatives, including maintaining the career website and social media channels.
• Participate in career fairs, university recruitment events, and other talent acquisition activities.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs, fostering relationships with potential candidates.
• Support and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration of new hires.
• Conduct feedback sessions during the probation period to monitor new employee progress and satisfaction.
