This position is located in Kaiserslautern, Germany at the ROB Physical Fitness Center/Kaiserslautern Functional Fitness Program.

Duties
- In a patron usage facility, circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory; receives and resolves customer complaints; provides information and general instructions on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
- Assists patrons in use of the facility by checking out equipment, providing safety instruction, demonstrating new equipment, teaching classes, etc.
- Plans, conducts, publicizes, and arranges support for special events, social activities, tournaments, and related functions. May provide work guidance to other staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift 45 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Willing to work rotating schedules that include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Required: Direct Deposit and Social Security Card.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2, including a Tier 1 background investigation.
Qualifications
Work experience involving dealing with the general public.

- Possess sound customer service, business management, and marketing skills.
- Previous experience working in a civilian or military physical fitness facility with demonstrated understanding of fitness equipment usage and maintenance.
- Possess certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED.
- Demonstrated communication, organization, and planning skills.
