Your role

You like working in a dynamic team responsible for delivering one of the key regulatory priorities for banks? You want to work in a truly international environment? We are looking for a team member to join our UBS Europe SE (UBS ESE) Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP) team and who will:
• be responsible for the maintenance and update of the UBS ESE Recovery Plan and ensure it meets all regulatory requirements and expectations
• prepare resolution planning deliverables for resolution authorities (reports, written documents, project execution)
• serve as a competence center for questions from internal and external stakeholders on RRP in EMEA
• prepare and participate in workshops with supervisory and resolution authorities
• update senior management on RRP developments via presentations, briefings and participation in the RRP Committee
• coordinate and collaborate with colleagues from other functions to collect information and ensure high quality for all RRP deliverables

Your team
You will be part of the Recovery and Resolution Planning International Team, which is responsible for fulfilling recovery and resolution planning requirements in the UK, EMEA and APAC.
Your team members are located in Frankfurt, London and Singapore and you will also have extensive interaction with the global RRP team in Switzerland.
Your expertise
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Banking or similar
• 5-8 years of working experience in banking, consulting, audit, regulatory or similar
• Profound knowledge of Recovery & Resolution Planning requirements, guidelines and policies in the EU and Germany (BRRD II, SAG, EBA guidelines on recovery planning)
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Self-driven and motivated with an ability to work towards deadlines, strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise
• Attention to detail and employ high standards when it comes to own output
