A legendary publishing group is seeking its next Head of Studio, a seasoned leader to guide one of Europe’s most iconic tabletop studios into its next era of adventure.

This is a high-level leadership role with complete creative and commercial oversight. You’ll be the one forging the roadmap, commanding a cross-functional party of product developers, marketers, and brand managers, and ensuring every quest (aka product line) is delivered with excellence and ambition.

Your Campaign Objectives :
  1. Hold the Master’s Book on the studio’s roadmap, product pipeline, and IP strategy
  2. Steer the party through P&L management, marketing campaigns, and product launches
  3. Work cross-realm with global publishing and distribution teams
  4. Mentor a senior team of adventurers across development, marketing, and brand
  5. Protect the lore: ensure consistency, quality, and innovation across all game lines
Your Inventory :
  1. 5+ years leading creative or product-focused teams (bonus XP for tabletop or games industry)
