Paul Gnall's Insurance Agency in Germany is seeking a friendly, highly organized receptionist to greet customers, manage calls, schedule appointments and maintain client records.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and multitasking skills, is comfortable engaging in sales conversations about insurance options, and is eligible for Property & Casualty and Life/Health licensing; training costs are sponsored.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Sales conversations comfort for insurance options.
• Basic computer skills including CRM and Microsoft Office.
• Must pass Property and Casualty license (sponsored).
• Must pass Life and Health exam within 60 of hire (sponsored).

• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs.
