Responsibilities include:

• Dealing with enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints

Requirements:

• You enjoy working with people and like to look after the well-being of others
• You are a strong communicator and have a strong sense of empathy
• You are confident in using MS Office programmes and have a quick grasp of things
• Experience in the hotel or service industry is preferred, with an interest in working at the reception and willingness for further training
• Good knowledge of German
