Join us as a Receptionist and be part of our journey as we expand across new markets. In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of Arbio and a key contributor to our guest experience, helping us deliver high standards in every interaction.

You will have an impact on:

Creating a warm and professional first impression for our guests

Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservation verifications

Managing guest inquiries, calls, and requests with care and efficiency

Maintaining accurate guest records and ensuring confidentiality

Providing info about our apartments, services, and local tips

Keeping the front desk area organised and stocked

Operating tools like Hostaway, email, and scheduling platforms

What you will add to our Crew:

StrongGermancommunication skills (minimum B2 level) and fluency inEnglish, both spoken and written

Background in hospitality or hotel front office roles

You’re comfortable and professional on phone calls

A friendly, organised, and guest-focused mindset

Additional language skills in French or Spanish are a plus

Flexibility to work in shifts, includinglate and weekend shifts
