Opened in 1971, Hotel NEPTUN is an employer with many years of experience. We employ over 220 staff (m/f/d) and more than 50 trainees from over 20 different countries. Of these, more than 50 employees have been working at Hotel NEPTUN for over 25 years.

Your workplace

The Hotel NEPTUN is a very special place in Warnemünde and is characterised by its direct location on the beach. We are a team that couldn't be more diverse: from old hands to youngsters. Everyone brings their own strengths to the table. Our 10-strong reception team is looking for friendly reinforcement for the day shift with immediate effect.

Main tasks:

• You will ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
• You are the first point of contact for our guests and always have an open ear
• You will prepare the shift accounting and manage the reception desk
• You check the reservations received and take over the arrival control using our hotel software
• You are an important interface to the housekeeping, room reservation, NEPTUN SPA and catering departments

What you bring with you

• Ideally, you have completed commercial training and have some professional experience at reception
• You are a host at heart and have a well-groomed appearance
• You have a high degree of empathy and a good memory for names
• You are a real team player and have your colleagues' backs
• You speak fluent German and are extremely discreet
