Position Details
- Employment type: Full-time
- Responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a young, dynamic team of four with dedication and empathy, setting high standards for service quality
- Reimagining reception and conference services in a modern environment with room for creative input, ensuring smooth operations at reception and in conference areas
- Coordinating tasks effectively as a key interface between clients, partners, service providers, and internal departments
- Extensive experience in organizing high-profile events
- Maintaining a consistently professional appearance of the reception and conference team
- Proactively identifying areas for improvement and initiating process and service standard enhancements to meet the demanding law firm environment
- Handling correspondence professionally in German and English, both verbally and in writing
- Preparing your team for the upcoming relocation to Le Coeur, both operationally and mentally
- Managing responsibilities within regular working hours in our shift system from 07:30 to 18:00, with potential evening or weekend work for events, with prior notice and compensation
- Having completed a commercial or high-level service training
- Having at least 10 years of experience in a demanding environment, preferably in law firms, consulting, or event management, with leadership experience
- Exhibiting independence, organization, and a service-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (preferably Office 365) and openness to new technologies (e.g., media tech)
- Team-oriented with a focus on constructive exchange, valuing discretion and loyalty
