Jobbeschreibung

We seek a Product Manager who will leverage market research and proactively engage with industry segments and new customers.

Responsibilities

• Driving predictive retrosynthesis solution product strategy and vision, including formulation and validation of roadmap requirements and feature delivery.
• Partnering and working closely with the Reaxys Technology and Engineering team for product lifecycle management.
• Interacting with customers and industry experts, and collaborating closely with Elsevier’s cross-functional teams to develop the requirements, roadmap, design, and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Developing go-to-market plans, including sales enablement, product launches, website presence, social media, product demos, webinars, case studies, usage activation, and win-loss analysis.
• Listening to customers (internal and external) to identify, plan, and develop new products, e.g., work with external partner(s) to enhance predictive retrosynthesis solution by addressing key customer needs in a timely fashion.
• Leveraging chemistry and medicinal chemistry data for the development of other reaction-based predictors and ADMET predictors.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager for SaaS products or Information Solutions creating products with subscription models.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical and chemical companies as well as academia.
• Possess a Master's in Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
• Have a proven track record of success with product strategy, roadmap development, product rollouts / Go-to-market strategies (including pricing, packaging, and positioning) and living the “What customers want” philosophy.
