The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Real Estate System Administrator & Reporting Specialist to join our global Real Estate team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in managing and optimizing our real estate data through the Archibus platform and other integrated systems.

You will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making, portfolio optimization, and operational efficiency. Team: Real Estate Portfolio Management

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Administeringour real estate data management system (Archibus), including defining and testing enhancements

• Updatingtraining materials and playbooks to support system adoption and knowledge sharing

• Assistingin system integrations with SAP and other enterprise applications

• Creatingandenhancingreports, KPIs, and dashboards using data from Archibus, SAP, ServiceNow, and other sources

• Developingstandardized performance metrics and benchmarks to evaluate portfolio performance

• Applyingstatistical analysis and modeling to forecast space demand, occupancy, and rental income

• Collaboratingwith real estate teams to deliver tailored reporting and visualizations

• Create our strategic portfolio planning analysis

• Be the central pillar to share reports with the different Hitachi teams (sustainability, BU, Hitachi Group, Communication, etc.)

• Actingas a liaison between Real Estate, IT, and external vendors

• Supportingportfolio optimization initiatives led by the Head of Real Estate Portfolio Management

• Preparingautomated presentation decks and ensuring consistency and accuracy in messaging

• Stayingcurrent with industry trends and emerging technologies in real estate data and space management

Your Background

• Proven experience indata processing, analysis, and reporting

• Proficiency in tools such asExcel, Power BI, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar platforms

• Ability totranslate complex datainto clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences

• Strongproblem-solving skillsand a proactive, hands-on approach

• Highlyorganized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Excellentcommunication skillsin English, both written and verbal

• Interest inemerging technologiesand digital transformation

• Degree inBusiness Analytics, Data Science, or a related field

• Ideally, experience as akey userof enterprise systems and knowledge ofSAP Finance

• Familiarity withreal estate operationsand real estate data management systems is a plus
