The Senior Credit Structurer will:

• Analyse complex Real Estate credit requests and develop solutions within acceptable credit/risk parameters.
• Provide credit ratings for requests.
• Ensure credit structuring/granting aligns with the Bank's Risk appetite, limits, policies, and procedures.
• Decide on credit files within the Delegation Authority Framework.
• Support business development and revenue growth within the Bank's Risk Appetite.
• Play a key role in the credit approval process and follow up on the implementation of credit files according to decisions.
• Check data quality of credit requests (in systems and credit sheets).

Support the team manager in projects related to improving work processes and contribute to training junior analysts.

Your skills include:

• Significant experience in structuring Real Estate Credit Files within the banking industry, either in the Front Office or credit risk management.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Excellent understanding of credit activities and Corporate Banking (SME Luxembourg, Real Estate).
• Ability to balance commercial and credit risk roles.
• Ability to identify credit opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong client interaction skills.
• Knowledge of the construction and real estate development sector at the national economy level.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
• Rigorous, well-organized, open-minded, analytical, and credit structuring skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, assess impacts, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Experience in decision-making processes.
