The Senior Credit Structurer is responsible for:

  • Assessing and evaluating the feasibility of complex Real Estate credit requests and developing solutions within acceptable credit/risk parameters.
  • Providing credit ratings for requests.
  • Ensuring credit structuring and granting align with the Bank's Risk appetite, limits, policies, and procedures.
  • Deciding on credit files within the Delegation Authority Framework.
  • Supporting business development and revenue growth within the Bank's Risk Appetite.
  • Playing a key role in the credit approval process and following up on the implementation of credit files in line with decisions.
  • Checking data quality of credit requests in systems and credit sheets.

Supporting the team manager in projects related to improving work processes and contributing to the training of junior analysts.

Your skills :

  • Significant experience in structuring Real Estate Credit Files in either Front Office or credit risk management within the banking industry.
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
  • Excellent understanding of credit activities and Corporate Banking (SME Luxembourg, Real Estate).
  • Ability to balance commercial and credit risk roles.
  • Ability to identify credit opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong client interaction skills.
  • Knowledge of the national economy, especially in construction and real estate development sectors.
  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, and teamwork skills.
  • Rigorous, well-organized, open-minded, analytical, and credit structuring skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, assess impacts, and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Proven decision-making aptitude and experience.
