Tasks

As a Real Estate Manager in the area of Technical Facility Management (m/f/diverse), you will be responsible for the operation and optimization of the Lufthansa Group's operating areas within your regional area of responsibility.

• Manage technical and infrastructural building management efficiently and effectively, including overseeing service providers for the assigned building portfolio
• Coordinate, manage, and document projects related to these tasks
• Monitor and document the structural and technical condition of the portfolio
• Ensure compliance with operator obligations, manage defect tracking, quality, reimbursement, and risk management
• Create and track budgets for technical and infrastructural building measures and report on them

Requirements

• Completed studies in engineering, architecture, technical building management, or a comparable qualification, such as a certified technician or master craftsman's degree in HVAC, energy, and building technology, construction technology, etc.
