Home Instead in the UK is seeking caring and reliable individuals to support elderly clients at home across Braintree, Sudbury and Colne Valley. No experience? training provided; driving license and access to a vehicle preferred for visits.

Flexible shifts, evenings and weekends available, with mileage paid and full training. You will help with daily tasks, companionship, meal prep, medication assistance and personal care, contributing to safe, dignified home care and meaningful client

We are looking for excellent people to join our team at Home instead Braintree, Sudbury and Colne valley.

You would support elderly members of your community stay independent at home; keeping them safe, happy and dignified.

We offer shifts that fit around you and your needs, with evening and weekend shifts up for grabs too!

Our Training

With Home Instead, experience is not necessary as we provide the training you need to become one of our revered care professionals. After the interview stage we hold two training sessions to fully prepare you for the role. Including basic life support, administering medication and moving and handling. You will then have shadow shifts without experienced Care Professionals out in the field, you will have the option to have as many as these as you need, there’s no pressure! All of this training will land you a City and Guilds certified care certificate after 12 weeks with continual training sessions and refreshers to keep you informed of the latest policies, ensuring that you carry out the best care.
