Business System Analyst

Experience : 6+ years

Basic Qualifications:

• Requires 6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in an Information Technology environment, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in technical and business Agile project implementation is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or with an emphasis on Computer Science.

Required Skills:

• Experience with business applications such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Project, and Visio Process Flows.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Ability to read API responses, JSON data, and HTML code.
• Experience with tools like SOAP UI and POSTMAN.
• Technical skills in writing HTML and C# razor code for templates.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate technical information effectively.
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to switch between business and technical terminology easily, learn quickly, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision in an Agile environment.
• Experience working within Scrum team frameworks.
