The Opportunity

Based onsite in Dusseldorf within our Instrument Development Team, the R&D Engineer will collaborate broadly with a variety of engineering teams (electrical / mechanical / firmware etc) to define, evaluate, and test components and systems of water analysis devices.
The R&D Engineer role spans all elements of the product development lifecycle (right from the initial understanding of user needs and system requirements) and involves working closely with specialist engineering teams to solve problems at every point as we develop the complete system solution.
The position also spans all the various instrument components and could entail sourcing new components from different suppliers or even specifying in-house design when an off-the-shelf component isn't viable.
