As an R&D Engineer (f/m/d), you will play a key role in advancing carbon capture and CO2 utilization technologies. Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Drive technological advancements and integrate them into commercial projects.

  • Develop and refine in-house design standards and tools.
  • Advance carbon capture process simulation.
  • Conduct research, manage projects, and ensure the cost-effectiveness of solutions.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Your Profile

  • Degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field (PhD is a plus).
  • Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured and goal-oriented work ethic.
  • Confident and persuasive in technical discussions.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
