What you will be doing:
  1. Coordinating pre-flight activities to ensure prompt processing of freight and the on-time departure of the flights.
  2. Working closely with the warehouse teams under strict time deadlines and often in pressurized situations to meet flight schedules with the most efficient load plans.
  3. Verifying cargo manifests against system information and amending any discrepancies.
  4. Preparing transit documents for all un-cleared ground movement freight.
  5. Advising on the required documentation for all types of freight movements.
  6. Entering accurate and timely information into systems.
  7. Making sure all pre- and post-flight checks and activities are completed in compliance with operational, security, and safety policies, procedures, standards, and processes.

The position is planned to be hired in the morning shift:

  • Monday: 04:00 AM - 08:00 AM
  • Tuesday-Friday: 04:30 AM - 11:30 AM (incl. break)
