At the Gambro Dialysatoren GmbH site, we specialize within the Baxter Group in the development and manufacture of innovative dialyzers and dialysis catheters. Approximately 1,300 highly qualified employees are dedicated daily to improving the quality of life for patients with kidney diseases or kidney failure.

Within our R&D department, you will take on the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

1. Coordination, organization, and planning of the laboratory team in accordance with current QA/Environmental/EHS regulations and standards
2. Maintenance and optimization of the electronic system for laboratory commissioning
3. Maintenance and optimization of the electronic system for laboratory documentation
4. Maintenance of laboratory methods in compliance with current QA regulations and standards
5. Participation in the planning, execution, evaluation, and documentation of development experiments
6. Close collaboration with internal specialist departments
7. Personnel responsibility

Requirements

• Completed scientific degree (e.g., Chemistry, Physics, Biology) or engineering degree (e.g., Pharmaceutical Technology, Process Engineering, Biomedical Engineering)
• Experience in personnel management and laboratory management
• Understanding of laboratory method development and validation is advantageous
• Effective communication with internal specialist departments
• Flexibility and ability to switch between projects and tasks
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong team skills
