Quantum Control Software Engineer – 6 month contract, fully remote or office based in Stuttgart
Excellent 6-month contract opportunity to join a leading quantum computing company. This business is a world-leader in room-temperature quantum computing, with a vision of making quantum computing available as an everyday technology.
Rather than a quantum computer that fills a room, this business is developing quantum accelerators smaller than a lunchbox.
The business develops quantum applications, solves materials science challenges, and develops precise semiconductor manufacturing and quantum control techniques.
Due to some successful growth and backing from venture capital funds and research institutes, the business is looking for a Control Software Engineer to work on a 6-month project.
We’re looking for a Quantum Control Software Engineer knowledgeable about lab-based control system solutions for quantum developments and system integration, as well as strong experience in software coding/engineering.
The business is looking for a senior person to design and implement automated calibration frameworks for quantum computing systems (lab-based but eventually also products), optimize calibration workflows, and lead the implementation and integration of custom control solutions to existing instrumentation.
If this role sounds interesting to you and you’d like to find out more, please apply as soon as possible and we’ll schedule a call to discuss further.
