Responsibilities:

• Analysis and reporting of quality metrics and process capabilities
• Conducting internal audits
• Handling of customer complaints according to 8D-systematics in the production areas
• Management of supplier complaints
• Continuous development of quality-relevant processes and specifications
• Structuring and designing efficient Q-processes and workflows in the test laboratory and production environment.
• FMEA / MSA / SPC / PLP preparation
• Application of problem-solving methodology

Qualifications:

Engineering degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, process engineering) or corresponding technical training

Relevant professional experience in Quality Management (>5 years)

Proven expertise in quality management (e.g. APQP, QDAS, FMEA, PLP, MSA, SPC, 8D)

VDA 6.3 auditor desirable

Knowledge of standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)

Assertive and communicative personality with problem-solving skills and creative drive

Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
