Your missions

(Please, note that we are only considering candidates available on short notice for this role. Therefore, you need to be in Germany or have the right to work in Germany to apply for this role)

The Quality Technician has the responsibility to check and control aircraft spare parts according to drawings and Airbus requirements.

Activities

• Quality inspection of aircraft components based on test plans in accordance with Airbus specifications
• Assessment of deviations and creation of complaint reports
• Processing clarification cases
• Performing stock checks
• Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Writing reports in SAP system
• Participating in the implementation of 5S
• Supporting continuous improvement of quality assurance
• Supporting all upstream and downstream processes
• Checking technical documentation
• Handover of parts to stakeholders for final approval

Work to be performed on-site: Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel and/or Hamburg Wilhelmsburg

Your profile

• Knowledge of the aeronautical environment (security, safety, and quality measures)
• Experience in reading and understanding technical documentation such as structural drawings, work orders, maintenance manuals, etc.
• Technical or logistical training/studies
• Professional experience in the field of quality
• Customer-oriented approach (listening, offering support, and delivering on time)
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is an advantage
• Fluent in English (minimum B2)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
