Your main mission is to support the Group Customer Quality Network.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating weekly and monthly reporting
• Assisting the Group Customer Quality Director in achieving objectives, especially customer response performance
• Supporting Customer Champions & WINGS Warranty team on specific tasks (Mercedes Benz Cars, JLR, Nissan)
• Participating in PDCA reviews with the Customer Quality Network
• Providing data analysis and reports for the Group Customer Quality Director
• Supporting transversal tasks like reporting standardization, new procedure creation, training plans, and customer knowledge sharing
• Improving activity efficiency through lean reporting methods

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Being the contact point for the Customer Quality Network regarding Group requests, communications, and surveys
• Acting as the interface between Valeo Quality Head Office (Paris) and the Customer Quality Network for web-based activities
• Managing reporting for the Group Customer Quality Director (learning indicators like 3MIS, 3MR, etc.)
• Supporting transversal tasks within the Customer Quality Network

About you:

• You hold a master's degree in engineering
• You have experience in quality
• You are fluent in English
• Ideally, you have programming skills (Python, VBA, Google Script)
• You possess good communication skills, an international mindset, and openness to new cultures and ways of working
• You are humble, attentive, positive, professional, and diplomatic
