This is an exceptional opportunity for a quality professional ready to step into a strategic and leadership-driven role within a high-performance production environment.

Proven track record leading or supervising quality teams in an automotive setting
Strong understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and core automotive quality tools (e.g. APQP, PPAP, 8D, FMEA)
Hands-on problem solver with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
VDA 6.3 certification preferred
Fluent in German and English (essential) (C1 REQUIRED)
