Quality Specialist (m / f / d)

Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the largest companies within the Hyundai group. MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the entire aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai and Kia in Europe.

Your profile

• Degree in mechanical, electromechanical, or automotive engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in quality or vehicle testing at OEM or Tier-1 supplier.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, testing methods, and quality processes before SOP.
• Experience with vehicle instrumentation, data analysis (e.g., CANalyzer, NVH), test automation, and simulation tools.
• Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN, LIN) and regulatory standards (ISO, UNECE, SAE).
• Proficiency in English and German at minimum B2 level; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with high self-motivation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; team player with intercultural competence.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and work in outdoor test environments.
• Passion for driving and keen attention to vehicle behavior; Driving license Class B is mandatory.
• Execute, plan, and support internal and external testing of prototype vehicles (static and dynamic).
• Determine vehicle performance, safety, emissions, NVH, and overall quality under various environmental driving conditions.
• Measure and operate data acquisition systems and diagnostic tools for data collection and analysis.
• Report, identify, and document defects, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate and follow up on improvement actions from customer and technical perspectives.
• Plan and maintain reports and documentation using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and QMS.
• Participate in pre-audits and audit testing activities across Europe (approx. 50% travel, primarily by car).
• Support process optimization in vehicle evaluation and workflow activities.
