GOLDBECK SOLAR Gruppe seeks a Quality, Process & Systems Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen quality management, process governance and system standardisation across our international project execution organisation. You will build scalable standards for engineering, construction, installation, commissioning and operations to meet quality, technical and regulatory requirements.

• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English language skills.

What you can expect:

As Quality, Process & Systems Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in strengthening quality management, process governance and system standardisation across our project execution organisation.

You will help build scalable, consistent and efficient execution standards across projects and regions – ensuring that engineering, construction, installation, commissioning and operational activities meet agreed quality, technical and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will combine quality assurance, process optimisation and digital tool ownership to create practical standards, clear workflows and reliable documentation for our teams.

Tasks:

1. Own and further develop the company's quality, process and management systems
2. Lead ISO certification, audit and compliance activities
3. Drive process standardisation and continuous improvement across international projects
