Job description
Tasks
- Establishing and maintaining reliable supplier relationships with a focus on quality
- Implementation of preventive and corrective actions to secure or improve quality levels
- Executing supplier evaluations for granting or maintaining delivery approvals
- Defining and agreeing on quality assurance agreements with suppliers
- Specifying appropriate incoming goods inspections
- Performing on-site inspections of components at the supplier’s premises
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of delegated product acceptance
- Acting as the quality interface between suppliers, product management and internal process stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed studies in engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace or comparable (min. Bachelor)
- ALTERNATIVE: comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- First experience in quality management
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP MM-IM
- Experience with Siemens Teamcenter (min. level 4)
- Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English (min. B2); knowledge of French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel in the course of supplier support (approx.10-20%)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
