The gross annual salary is between € 82,500 and max. € 85,400, depending on qualifications. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).
Job Description
Tasks
- Industrial qualification of by-products and suppliers in accordance with Airbus Supplier Requirements (ASR) and airworthiness specifications
- Ensuring delivery performance through KPIs and initiating immediate measures to safeguard the Airbus Final Assembly Lines
- Implementation and monitoring of recovery plans in the event of delivery problems to return to Airbus standards
- Industrial assessments (e.g. IPCA+) for risk monitoring and evaluation of suppliers' production robustness
- Capacity and capability development of cabin suppliers in line with Airbus growth strategies and global footprint
- Support for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Transfers of Work (ToW) to ensure a consistent, quality-oriented supply chain
- Application of lean methods and implementation of improvement initiatives such as SQIP and co-development projects
- Proactive interface and risk management with MFT managers, programs, FAL and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Completed (technical) studies in aerospace, industrial engineering or supply chain quality
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management, aerospace, quality assurance and supply chain / logistics
- Basic knowledge of change management, lean management, risk management and total quality management (problem-solving methods)
- Sound knowledge of SAP R/3 and Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German and English (min. C1), knowledge of French is an advantage
- Valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa) mandatory
- Willingness to travel - max. once a month
