Job Description:

Responsible for developing and implementing procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the quality of products in accordance with the company's standards. Collect data regarding inspections and aspects such as the cleanliness of the production line to analyze in detail and prepare reports.

TASKS:

• Elaborate work quality plans, procedures, adjustments, monitor and implement them
• Determine quality standards for concrete samples
• Gather information from quality supervisors and prepare reports
• Follow up on internal and external complaints and non-conformities; propose measures to resolve them
• Manage and deliver protective equipment
• Ensure production processes comply with quality standards
• Provide reports, statistical data, and insights from quality tests
• Organize quality team meetings to make decisions and assign actions to departments

YOUR PROFILE:

• Knowledge of quality processes related to concrete infrastructure
• Experience in renewable energy and construction sectors
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites as needed
• Fluent in English (minimum B2)
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
• Team management and coordination skills

Experience with concrete manufacturing, technological control, and self-compacting concrete is a plus.
