Job Description:

Responsible for developing and implementing procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the quality of products in accordance with the company's standards. During the preparation of reports, they collect data regarding inspections or other aspects such as the cleanliness of the production line, which are then analyzed in detail.

Tasks:

• Elaboration of work quality plans, quality procedures, adjustments, monitoring, and implementation.
• Determine quality standards for concrete samples.
• Collect information gathered by the quality supervisor and prepare reports.
• Follow up on internal and external complaints and non-conformities; propose measures to resolve them.
• Manage and deliver protective equipment.
• Check that production processes comply with established quality standards.
• Provide reports, statistical data, and insights from quality tests.
• Organize quality team meetings to make decisions and determine actions for each department.

Your Profile:

• Knowledge of quality processes related to concrete infrastructure.
• Previous experience in renewable energy sectors and construction.
• Availability to travel: this position requires being on-site at different project locations as previous ones are completed.
• Fluent in English, minimum B2 level.
• Ability to work under pressure and problem-solving skills.
• Team management and coordination skills.

Experience in concrete manufacturing and technological control, especially with self-compacting concrete, is a plus.
