What Will Allow You To Dive In Right Away- Several years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing pharmaceutical company, ideally with close links to production and/or quality control.
- Familiarity with GMP quality systems and practical experience in various processes.
- Good understanding of German and European laws and standards related to GMP/GDP.
- Hands-on experience with process validation, equipment and premises qualification, and technology transfer.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English for effective communication.

- Experience in manufacturing processes of various pharmaceuticals such as non-sterile, solid and liquid dosage forms, parenterals, biologics, or radiopharmaceuticals.
- Successful project management experience.
- Commercial mindset and ability to develop new business ideas or projects.
