Your Mission

• Collaboration in the creation of SOPs, WIs for all departments of the company and maintenance of QM documentation
• Participation in the preparation of audits
• Assistance in internal or external audits
• Participation in complaint management (supplier, internal, customer)
• Participation in statistical evaluations and maintenance of key figures
• Participation and leadership in the validation of processes, software, hardware and systems
• Support in the transfer of products into production
• Communication with internal and external customers
• Support in data analysis for management review
• Support of HR in trainings management
• Support of QA in change management
• Support of QA in complaint management
• Support of QA in NC- /CAPA management
• Support of RA in management of standards
• Support of RA in risk management

Your Profile

• A university degree or technical education as a technician, an engineer or in natural science e.g., medical devices, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar fields
• Ideally several years of work experience in quality management in a technological company
• Audit experience is highly beneficial
• Specialized knowledge in quality standards for medical devices such as ISO 13485, MDR, FDA
• Analytical thinking and structured working methods
• Excell at organization your own work, high assertiveness, proactiveness and self-motivation
• Very good communication skills and confident demeanor are required
• Proficient in spoken and written English and German at a professional working level.
