Quality Manager (f/m/d)

• Further development and implementation of quality-relevant processes along the value chain
• Development and scaling of a dynamic QM system in a growing start-up environment in accordance with ISO 9001, IFS-Food
• Review and further development of the HACCP concept, risk analyses and implementation of preventive measures to ensure product safety
• Support in the creation and review of documentation in production, quality control, logistics and sales
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the design of the QM system in accordance with German and international standards
• Preparation and support for audits, certifications and site inspections
• Close cooperation with the management and the product and supply chain team

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
• Sound knowledge of EU food hygiene regulations, HACCP guidelines and relevant standards (IFS, ISO 9001)
• At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in quality management in an innovation and quality-oriented environment, ideally in the field of dietary supplements, food or life sciences
• High quality awareness, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• High willingness to learn, decisiveness, strong personal responsibility and integrity
• Self-motivated team player
