YOUR MISSION

1. Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of QM documentation
2. Participation in the preparation of audits
3. Assistance in internal or external audits
4. Participation in complaint management (supplier, internal, customer)
5. Participation in statistical evaluations and maintenance of key figures
6. Participation and leadership in the validation of processes, software, hardware and systems
7. Support in the transfer of products into production
8. Communication with internal and external customers
9. Support in data analysis for management review
10. Support of HR in trainings management
11. Support of QA in change management
12. Support of QA in complaint management
13. Support of QA in NC- /CAPA management
14. Support of RA in management of standards
15. Support of RA in risk management

YOUR PROFILE

1. A university degree or technical education as an engineer or nature science e.g., medical devices, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar fields
2. Ideally several years of working experience in quality management roles in a technological company with regulatory requirements
3. Audit experience is highly beneficial
4. Ideally specialized knowledge in quality standards for medical devices such as ISO 13485, MDR, FDA
5. Analytical thinking and structured working methods
6. Excell at organization your own work, high assertiveness, proactiveness and self-motivation
7. Very good communication skills and confident demeanor
8. English and German speaking and writing at working professional level
