Through close cooperation and mutual trust within our joint venture, we are able to develop solutions that address not only today’s but also the future challenges of the offshore wind energy sector. Our solutions help optimize the integration of renewable energy into global power grids and contribute to shaping a sustainable energy future.
Define quality assurance strategies tailored to specific procurement packages
Develop, implement, and monitor quality processes across the supply chain
Perform quality inspections and acceptance checks
Audit supplier QA systems — both document-based and on-site
Facilitate FMEA workshops and other risk analysis sessions
Conduct internal training sessions and support knowledge transfer
Drive continuous improvement in our quality systems and engineering processes
Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on quality topics
Degree in Engineering (Dipl.-Ing., B.Eng., M.Sc. or equivalent)
Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in construction or offshore projects
Strong knowledge of relevant DIN and industry standards
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
A proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a hands-on attitude
Willingness to travel for supplier audits and inspections
