Qualifikationen

Responsibilities:

• Administration of the final acceptance documentation system (entry of new articles, maintenance of the inspection plan and evaluation in statistical analyses)
• Translation of the drawings and specifications received from the APQP department into a test plan
• Creation and maintenance of FMEAs and QM plans based on the SAP working papers in cooperation with the responsible departments
• Preparation of factory test certificates and certificates
• Preparation of documents for the QM system (procedural and work instructions, forms, etc.) as well as their management
• Support of the engineers of the Quality Management department in the context of the series production of O-rings (related to e.g. goods receipt, complaint management, end product testing, audits, quality report)
• Correspondence with customers and sales organizations incl. document management

Qualifications:

• Completed vocational training
• Good technical understanding
• Knowledge of common QM methods and experience in the quality area of an industrial company
• Experience in industrial manufacturing processes and related testing
• Very good IT application skills (MS Office, SAP, QM application programs)
• Good knowledge of English and German
• Systematic, structured and independent as well as sustainable way of working
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills with internal and external customers and suppliers
• Experience in the quality control of O-rings/elastomer seals is an advantage
