Job Description:

Responsible for the execution, monitoring, and supervision of quality components and control to ensure manufacturing processes follow company standards. Maintain a global view of the factory and storage to organize tasks for auxiliaries.

TASKS:

• Plan, organize, and control physical tests on concrete, aggregates, and mixes; evaluate and optimize product quality.
• Implement, develop, and maintain the quality system to ensure policy compliance.
• Supervise material and auxiliary element quality compliance.
• Collect data from quality assistants and report incidents to the quality manager.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality standards.
• Utilize quality tools and ensure workers follow quality standards.
• Sample aggregate concrete components for physical testing.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify material and product compliance.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
• Experience with QMS and testing methodologies
• Knowledge of quality processes in concrete infrastructure
• Experience in renewable energy sectors
• Knowledge of ISO standards
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at various project locations
