Our client is the world's leading supplier of automatic test equipment for the semiconductor and telecommunication industry. By providing test and measurement tools for research and development and assurance of product quality, our client plays an essential role in transforming high-tech innovations into practical, commercial applications. At its locations in Böblingen we are searching for a Quality Engineer – PCA/PCB (m/f/d).

Type of contract: unlimited permanent position direct with our client

Your key tasks:

• Ensure manufacturing quality and reliability of complex PCAs across the outsourced supply chain.
• Build, maintain, and share expertise in PCA design, PCA production, and automated testing within the company.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, R&D, Product Engineering, Finance, and Strategic Procurement.
• Lead supplier selection, auditing, qualification, and development for PCAs.
• Resolve technical issues at the PCA level.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field.
• In-depth expertise in PCA design, manufacturing, and testing, with at least three years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical abilities for resolving technical issues, including remote troubleshooting with partners.
• Experience in EMS supplier audits; auditor certification (e.g., ISO 19011) is nice to have
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across diverse cultures.
• Willingness to travel once a quarter
