Qualifikationen

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement quality management systems in the German Toolshop in collaboration with management and technical staff.
• Support the site as a quality expert and drive process improvements.
• Coordinate projects for continuous quality and process enhancement.
• Maintain and develop test equipment monitoring and calibration.
• Establish data trending and analysis infrastructure.
• Manage customer complaints processing.
• Support the introduction of innovative processes and technologies.
• Contribute to site and departmental KPIs to reduce non-conforming quality costs.
• Develop work instructions, regulations, and training materials related to quality control.

Your Profile:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, measurement and control technology, physics, or similar.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals or toolmaking.
• Experience in creating SOPs and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, data processing, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office, statistical tools like Minitab, and SAP.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt training is advantageous.
• Customer-focused, high quality awareness, excellent communication, teamwork, and a proactive work style.
• Reliable, responsible, and conscientious.
