Qualifikationen

• Erstellung von Testplänen und besonderen Genehmigungen.

We are currently looking for our client in Nuremberg for a

Quality Engineer (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for internal quality in production

• Active participation in future projects to improve plant-plant-delivery quality

• Coordination and implementation of analyses of internal and external quality problems according to the 8D system

• Accompanying production relocations with regard to internal quality

• Creation of test plans and special approvals

• Monitoring quality standards

• Development, coordination and implementation of concepts and measures to ensure specified quality standards

• Representing the interests of quality management in negotiations with internal suppliers and customers

• Processing quality-related topics in customer portals

• Initiating internal risk analyses including their moderation

• Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent with further training as a quality engineer or similar qualification/experience

• Experience in the manufacturing environment of the automotive industry, complaint management using 8D systems

• Good knowledge of quality management systems and quality assurance, including methods and tools for preventive quality assurance

• Initial knowledge of lean manufacturing

• MS Office and initial SAP R/3 knowledge desirable

• Systematic and structured work, ability to work in a team and hands-on mentality

• Fluent German and good English skills
