Zusammenfassung

IMI is seeking a Quality Engineer to complete and maintain project quality control and establish quality gates for product risk control. The role requires APQP milestone adherence and expert PPAP documentation for new product development, including SPC and MSA.

You will collaborate with the core team to improve FPY and manage overseas quality issues. You will also solve customer quality problems, supervise on-site process control, and train suppliers on quality tools while tracking KPIs and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering or Mechanical fields.
• Strong statistical knowledge and demonstrated experience to perform statistical analysis.
• Strong problem solving skill with 8D, KT and so on.
• Familiar with IATF16949, VDA6.3 and VDA6.5 in plus.
• Familiar with APQP 5 core tools, including PPAP/APQP/FMEA/MSA/SPC.
• At least 5 years or above experience in Quality Engineering or related discipline within the manufacturing industry.
• Good communication, organization, coordination abilities and high spirit of teamwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication English.

• Statistic KPI monthly, also maintain global strategy system.
• Involve Global SOP to improve local manufacturier quality.
• Customer complaint handling for local and oversea.
