NEURA Robotics is seeking a quality leader to own the 4NE1 product and process quality from prototype through industrialization. • Own product and process quality for the 4NE1.
• Handle customer complaints and build a structured complaint management system.
• Plan and conduct product, process, and supplier audits.
• Create and maintain inspection plans, control plans, PFMEA, and quality standards.
• Build a central quality database and a lessons-learned system.
• Introduce a Quality Management Board with daily quality routines.
• Analyze quality deviations (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa) and define corrective actions.
• Define and manage quality KPIs (FPY, PPM, rework, scrap, cost of quality, audit score).
• Work closely with development, production, purchasing, logistics, and process engineering.
• Approve engineering changes and support industrialization.
• Support EOL testing and product validation.
• Drive supplier development and quality improvement across the supply chain.
• Build a zero-defect and continuous-improvement culture.
• Prepare the organization for series production and customer approvals.

You'll take ownership of building and ensuring robust product and process quality for the humanoid robot 4NE1 – from prototype through to industrialization into series production.

Your responsibilities:

• Own product and process quality for the 4NE1
• Handle customer complaints and build a structured complaint management system
• Plan and conduct product, process, and supplier audits

What we can look forward to
