  1. Improve customer satisfaction and ensure that all quality aspects are anticipated and resolved in a timely manner.
  2. Perform data analysis on customer reports and related KPIs.
  3. Identify trends and anticipate risks through data analysis.
  4. Support customer communication on A320 quality topics through the creation of communication packs.

Your profile:

  1. Completed studies in supply chain quality, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
  2. More than three years of experience in:
  • Customer service
  • Aerospace
  • Quality management
  • Technical documentation
  • Experience in project management, total quality management, and developing presentations.
  • Knowledge of Skywise is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of German.
